The way Craig got me an approval was nothing short of a miracle. Trust me when I say that I had absolutely no hopes of getting an approval. I don’t know how he did it. I had two study permit refusals before and was extremely disappointed, frustrated and just low overall, because in my opinion there was nothing wrong with what I was doing. It felt personal. Craig understood this and took it personally himself. I think what sets him apart is that he feels your frustration with you. It has been a harrowing journey of over a year, full of downfalls. And just when I gave up all hope, Craig called to tell me that I had been approved.
